My sister purchased this cute (but sorta plain) dress from the clearance rack at Old Navy. She wanted my advice on how to spruce it up a bit. She planned on wearing the dress to an event where she would be the guest speaker. The engagement was a casual, summer brunch. So she needed to look nice, but not super fancy.
