Who creates fashion taboos? And why are we often so willing to subscribe to them?  No white pants after labor day, no stripes with polka dots, no mixing black and brown… Over time, some of these fashion taboos have become the biggest fashion trends. That’s why the older I get, the more willing I am to throw caution to the wind. Especially when it comes to my fashion choices. But when I see printed shirts in the store they never look quite as appealing. Does that ever happen to you? You pass over something in the store that you just couldn’t imagine yourself wearing. From as far back as I can remember I have been a music junkie.  And for a moment during high school I was all about Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin. So when I saw this graphic T immortalizing Jimi I fell in love! So much so, that I drove 25 minutes to a neighboring city just to buy it. This incalescent weather may be protesting fall’s arrival, but coffee drinks and pastry shops beg to differs. For lattes and muffins adorn the telltale sign that fall is officially here. “What is that sign?” you might ask.
