Pencil skirts can be such fun and feminine pieces. I scored this plaid pencil skirt for $7.99. Its classic pattern reminds me of my elementary school uniform. So to break up the school girl look, I added a little bad girl flare with this denim military vest. I chose a simple white tank top to wear under it to keep the outfit from looking too formal.
